I have been running all 3 deep cycle batteries plus the starter in the Apr 20, 2013 I'm undecided between the Minn kota terrova 24v 80 lbs and the 36v 101 lbs 24 volt is a lighter trolling motor, less battery weight but on those  Jul 6, 2016 I don't think you can run a 24v trolling motor off 36v. You'll blow it up lo.
